The Worlds Standards Cooperation is holding a competition open to everyone to design a poster for World Standards Day on the 14th October 2011. The theme for the poster competition is International Standards – Creating confidence globally. The winner will get 1500 Swiss Francs, and the three runners up will win 500 Swiss francs each.
The finalists will be chosen by representatives from IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission), ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and ITU (International Telecommunication Union), and the general public will choose the winners once the finalists have been published on the WSC website.
The deadline for submitting your poster design is midnight 20th May, and voting will commence on the 21st May.
