We have for some years been associated with a team of Rodent Control Specialists as their ISO Auditors, controlling creatures of various sizes that can cause devastation through disease and destruction.
There are of course many ways of controlling rodents, capture, poison and rifles to name a few. Our Birmingham based customers use all of the above, but there are strict controls and procedures in place, none of us want to eat contaminated food tainted with poisons meant to destroy such creatures, and none of us want to catch a stray shot.
It all comes down to training, regulation and discipline. And the result is control for all of us over the millions of creatures that can do us and our families harm. Our customers for this role have ISO standards in place, ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management, both being used to keep us safe, even in our own homes.
Long may they keep up their good work!
