The current version of ISO 9001 in effect is dated 2008. Next year, a fully revised version dated 2015 will be released with an implementation period probably of two years. Therefore we are offering all new customers a one time fixed set up fee of £500.00 plus VAT (£600.00 in total unless VAT exempt) for all the necessary ISO 9001:2008 compliant documents, provided in MS Word by email. This is at least half price, probably better!!!. And you get the benefit of being formally certified to ISO 9001:2008 in the meantime, operating compliant systems, some of which will be required to support the 2015 version. The one condition is that we obtain the gap analysis/relevant information required for your documentation by email/phone rather than by visit as is our norm.
Your subsequent audit fee for ISO 9001:2008 will be carried out by a visiting fully trained external auditor as usual at a fee agreed before commencement of any work; this will very much depend on the size of your organisation, number of sites etc. but will be at the usual very competitive rate.
Documentation to ISO 9001:2015 will be available from ISO Certification Services, again in due course, at a fee to be agreed when you need to adopt the revised Standard. This whole deal is to ensure you can take advantage of these popular standards now, without having to wait for the new editions.
