Our Continual Improvement System ensures we review, discuss and request feedback about all documents and systems we supply on a regular basis to make sure that they are fit for purpose. Which enables our customers management systems to be fit for purpose and easy to understand.
Our auditors are taught to work using our approach to compliance through training, using the ‘carrot’ approach. We strongly believe that the ‘stick’ approach hurts our customers and therefore hurts us. We are here to help!
It is very rare that a customer leaves our service, some are now due retirement presents!
