On a recent cold, but successful trip to Poland, the customer we went to audit introduced us to other engineering companies that also want certifications to be put in place, so despite the cold, our Director returned pleased with the trip.
Whilst there he also met a talented artist who spends most of her inspirational time creating paintings. We plan to buy some for our new office in central Bournemouth. If you get the chance take a look at her work, it can be seen at magdalenakotlinska.com
One of our UK based auditors has been struggling with his laptop, big fingers, regular sized (although he says small) key board, it’s a netbook that enables audits to be completed on-site. So he now has a full size laptop, and we were delighted to donate the netbook to a young school pupil in Poland, after our I.T. wizard had cleared all our data from it, and reloaded software in Polish for their local use. Maybe the pupil will grow up to be an auditor for us, whatever she chooses, we wish her the best for the future.
