We explain the requirements of your chosen standard/s in plain every day language, along with what is needed to meet requirements, but we will also let you know if your business would not benefit from certification. Every client is given the e-mail address and mobile telephone number of one of our Lead Auditors. We prefer questions or concerns to be forwarded using e-mail as our auditors are usually performing audits and may not be able to answer their mobile phones at all times, but if your question is urgent we will try to make ourselves available as much as possible.
There are free downloads available as well as simple tests you can take to find out how far your company is from general compliance. You may be surprised, most companies are already close to compliance but usually need some added documentation to support what they are already doing. In most cases the ISO Standards are not about completely changing the way you already work, but are there to add good practice to your current working methods, and giving added reassurance to existing and potential customers through on-going accredited certification.
